MEGA Industries LLC is pleased to announce an expansion of its product offerings with a strategic alliance with CML Engineering Sales Inc.
About MEGA Industries and CML Engineering Sales Inc.
MEGA Industries LLC, a portfolio company of Anania & Associates Investment Company LLC, is a leading manufacturer of microwave transmission equipment and is located in Gorham, Maine. CML Engineering Sales Inc. is based out of San Macros, California and manufactures products that complement MEGA’s line of products.
The equipment manufactured by both companies is used by scientific labs around the world in high energy experiments such as the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. The technology, designed and manufactured by both firms, is also used by the military for defense systems.
The Partnership Between the two Companies
In the past both organizations supplied components to the same projects without actually collaborating. The agreement, signed on April 21st 2014, will put a process in place were the sales team at MEGA Industries will provide a full solution to its customers by actively marketing and selling CML product designs under the MEGA name.
William Sanborn, VP of Sales and Marketing comments on the alliance: “The partnership between CML and Mega will offer solutions that combine the extreme high power load and window technology of CML with the ultra-high vacuum and extreme reliability capabilities of Mega Industries.”
The synergy between the two firms is not limited to sales and marketing. The engineering teams at both firms will be partnering to develop new products to be sold under the MEGA brand.
Recent Growth at Mega Industries LLC
Strategic alliances like the one between CML and MEGA have been a factor in the recent growth of the MEGA Industries. Revenues increased by seventy three percent in 2013 over 2012. To keep up with this increase in sales MEGA expanded its building and hired several new employees.
