Anania & Associates Investment Company LLC (AAI), a Maine based private equity firm that makes controlling equity investments in well managed, micro-cap manufacturing and services businesses, announced today that Scott Knoll has joined the firm as a Partner and the Vice President of Corporate Development.
Mr. Knoll brings 20 years of operating, strategy and investing experience, most recently as Director of International and Corporate Development for WEX Inc. and previously as a Partner at North Atlantic Capital.
Mr. Knoll’s Role at Anania & Associates Investment Company LLC
Leveraging his investment, strategy and operating experience, Mr. Knoll with work closely with Founder and President, Peter V. Anania to continue to scale the firm and expand its portfolio of nine companies.
Knoll’s areas of focus will include sourcing and executing new platform investments as well as assisting AAI’s existing portfolio companies with strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and sales activities. Mr Knoll Comments on his new position at AAI:
