ANANIA & Associates Investment Company LLC (AAI), was hired by Correct Building Products, of Biddeford, Maine to provide CEO level management consulting services which led to a successful restructuring through a Bankruptcy sale. AAI provides executive level management consulting services to manufacturing companies in addition to acting as an investment fund with four of its own Maine manufacturing companies and related real estate entities. It also qualifies for the Maine Seed Capital Tax credit which allows investors, both institutional and private, to invest in these owned companies through the Fund and receive a 40% or 60% State income tax credit over four years.
